Mike Grechko is the Executive Pastor of Crossway. Mike has a passion for leadership development, raising godly leaders in the next generation to impact their generation for Christ. He has been in ministry since 1981 as both working on pastoral teams, and being senior pastor.

 

Before joining Crossway in 2003, Mike was the Senior lecturer in Ministry and overseeing the Pastors Professional Development program at Tabor College Victoria. Mike has recently completed his doctorate at Denver Seminary, Colorado with his thesis on the practical aspects of mentoring. He is happily married to Sue and has two exuberant children.
