Formats for training events and experiences in WLI Phoenix are flexible. Each format is designed and adapted to meet specific needs in specific circumstances. WLI Phoenix has no residential students or residence requirements for diplomas, because it is presumed that each student is actively engaged in their ministry calling. WLI Phoenix classroom courses take the form of seminars ordinarily taught over 2 ½ days with 15 contact hours.
